Styrene volatilization inhibitor additives DESCRIPTION

Styrene emission suppressant for unsaturated polyester resins, isophthalic acid resins, and vinyl ester resins.Does not affect the interlayer adhesion of laminating polyester resins.

Process-Friendly: additives can be Added at room temperature, easy to disperse; does not significantly increase viscosity or interfere with curing.

 

 

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Sensitive to temperature. Store and transport within a temperature range of 20–50 °C. Separation or turbidity may occur during storage and transportation. Disperse evenly before use.

Room-temperature curing resin systems

Product Features & Benefits

Strong VOC Suppression:

Significantly reduces styrene VOC emissions during curing; improves workshop air quality, supports environmental compliance, and reduces raw material loss.

No Loss of Interlayer Adhesion:

High solubility, does not form a hard surface film; prevents delamination, whitening, or adhesion failure in multi-layer lamination.

Improved Surface Quality:

Reduces tackiness, pinholes, and orange peel; enhances surface smoothness and gloss.

Process-Friendly:

Added at room temperature, easy to disperse; does not significantly increase viscosity or interfere with curing.

Anjeka-8104 reduces styrene emission without affecting interlayer adhesion, and is also highly effective in isophthalic acid resins and vinyl ester resins.

 

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

0.3–1% additives (as supplied) based on total formulation.

The above recommended levels are for reference only. The optimum dosage should be determined through a series of application-related tests.

 

INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Anjeka-8104 must be stirred thoroughly before use to ensure product uniformity. Under continuous stirring, Anjeka-8104 should be added to the resin before other formulation components. To ensure that the optimal crystal structure of Anjeka-8104 is not affected, the product must not be melted.
