DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-4420 is a liquid rheological additive suitable for water-borne coatings and adhesives. The additive produces highly thixotropic fluidity to improve sag resistance and settling resistance. The additive can be added later.

STOREGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Temperature sensitive. Store in dry condition. Slight turbidity of the material that occurs during the storage has no influence on the rheological effectiveness.
APPLICATION
To ensure even and quick dispersion, add the additive to the coating system while applying moderate shear. Once mixed into the coating system, the additive forms a three-dimensional network structure, resulting in a thixotropic flow pattern. This flow characteristic is ideal for preventing particle sedimentation and enhancing anti-sagging properties, all while maintaining smooth leveling.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
For preventing settling, add 0.2-1% of the additive (as supplied) based on the total formulation. To prevent sagging, add 0.5-2%, depending on the solids content in the formulation.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
The additive should be added whilst stirring and distributed homogeneously. It is not necessary to control the temperature. The additive is also suitable for adjusting the viscosity afterwards by incorporating it as a post-additive.
