DESCRIPTION
Anjeka 6071 is a macromolecule wetting and dispersing dispersing agent, and used for water-borne coatings, printing inks and adhesives. It is a standard additive, which is used for binder-free pigment concentrates. Suitable for all pigments.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Separation and turbidity may occur at temperature below 0℃. Heat to 20 ℃ and mix well before use.

Industrial coatings
Features and Benefits:
Through steric stabilization, the additive effectively deflocculates pigments, leading to small particle sizes in the deflocculated pigments. This results in the attainment of elevated gloss levels and improved color strength. Additionally, transparency is enhanced in transparent pigments, while hiding power is increased in opaque pigments. The reduction in viscosity not only improves flow characteristics but also allows for higher pigment loading, enhancing overall performance in industrial coatings.

RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVEL
Additive dosage (as supplied) based on pigment:
| Titanium dioxide powder and Inorganic pigments: | 4-10% |
| Organic pigments: | 30-90% |
| Carbon blacks: | 50-140% |
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Grinding can be carried out in water and co-solvent. Mix the additive with water and only add the pigments after the additive has been homogeneously and uniformly distributed.
