GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-7358 is a multifunctional acrylate-based additive that combines leveling and deaeration properties in solvent-borne, solvent-free, and UV-curable systems, including coatings, printing inks, overprint varnishes, and acrylic surface treatments for plastics cured at ambient temperature.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
For Coatings and Printing Inks

Improves leveling and enhances gloss with a long-wave surface effect.
Prevents cratering and shrinkage defects.
Only slightly reduces surface tension, ensuring no adverse impact on recoatability or intercoat adhesion.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Recommended for:
Solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems
UV-curable printing inks and overprint varnishes
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
0.2–1.0% (as supplied), based on total formulation weight.
Note: The above is an empirical range. Optimal dosage must be determined through testing.
INCORPORATION & PROCESSING
The additive can be introduced at any stage, including post-addition. For optimized deaeration performance, addition during the grinding phase is recommended.
