GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6880 serves as a wetting and dispersing agent tailored for solvent-free UV-curable inkjet inks. It provides strong stabilization for organic pigments and carbon blacks, greatly lowering the viscosity of pigment pastes and enhancing overall storage stability.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Stir thoroughly prior to use. At temperatures below 10°C, phase separation or cloudiness may appear — warm to 30–40°C with stirring to resolve.

It delivers outstanding dispersion stability in milled slurries. The additive accelerates pigment wetting, decreases milled slurry viscosity, removes thixotropic behavior, and supports extended stable storage with no viscosity drift. Its strong deflocculation promotes minimal pigment particle sizes and narrow distributions, reducing ink filtration times. Superior steric stabilization enhances final film aesthetics, including tinting power, gloss, haze, and transparency.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Suitable for diverse solvent-free UV-curable inkjet inks, stabilizing pigments typically used in such systems.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Additive dosage (as supplied) relative to pigment:
Organic pigments: 30%–100%
Carbon black: 30%–120%
These are experience-based; determine optimal levels via testing.

For maximum effectiveness, incorporate the additive into the abrasive/millbase prior to adding pigments.
