ANJEKA-6500 recommended for stabilizing inorganic pigments
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6500 is a copolymer featuring acidic functional groups. It is primarily employed as a dispersant in solvent-based coatings and inks with medium to high polarity resins, especially for effectively dispersing titanium dioxide and other inorganic pigments.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Stir thoroughly before each use. At temperatures below 15℃, the product may separate or become cloudy; in such cases, warm to 30℃-40℃ and mix well to restore uniformity.
Recommended storage duration should not exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES
Due to the product's elevated acid value, it has the potential to accelerate cross-linking reactions in baking paint systems that are acid-catalyzed. It is advised to monitor for any viscosity increase during storage of the formulated paint.

Coating industry and printing inks
Properties and Advantages:
This additive deflocculates and stabilizes pigments through steric hindrance. The resulting smaller deflocculated pigment particles help eliminate color floating and blooming in multi-pigment systems, thereby enhancing gloss, color strength, transparency, and opacity of the final coating. It also lowers viscosity, which improves flow properties and allows higher pigment loading. In electrostatic high-speed spinning applications involving inorganic pigments, it markedly reduces haze.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Recommended for stabilizing inorganic pigments—particularly titanium dioxide—in solvent-borne, solvent-free coatings, and printing inks. Its anionic nature makes it especially suitable for acid-catalyzed systems, such as those used in coil coatings.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Dosage (based on the purchased additive form) relative to pigment weight:
Titanium dioxide: 1%-2%
Inorganic pigments: 3%-6%
These are guideline values derived from experience; optimal dosage must be confirmed through laboratory testing.

For optimal results, incorporate the additive into the millbase/grind mixture prior to adding the pigments.
